Guru is the one who guides, who shares knowledge and helps us return to what truly matters. In our kitchen, that role is fulfilled by the land, the produce, and traditional craftsmanship.

We chose this name because we believe that eating well is also a form of learning: listening to the body, respecting the origin of food, and understanding that mindful eating generates balance and well-being.

Our organic food concept, based on honest ingredients and a kitchen entirely safe for coeliacs, is born from this philosophy: to offer an experience that not only nourishes, but also encourages people to appreciate simplicity, wellbeing, and authenticity.

A 100% gluten-free kitchen that focuses on organic meats, local produce, and a friendly and honest gastronomic experience.

Guru is an invitation to return to the essentials. To eat consciously, to respect origins, and to understand gastronomy as an act of care.

Alongside this, the chef’s specials — regularly changing proposals — keep the menu in constant evolution.

Because at Gurú, gluten-free cuisine is not a limitation, but an opportunity to explore the product with freedom, creativity, and respect.
